CIS300 Return  Fix error trying to print the CIS300 return from WinAccs when not using V-Rex.
CIS Statements  Fix error sometimes printing more than one person’s details on the page.  (Was OK in V-Rex).
CIS Reprints  Fix problem not finding statements if ‘All’ subcontractors option chosen.
