This Service Patch is required by all users
Applications and Certificates  Allow change of Contractor Tax Rate on sales certificates.  Fix problem trying to validate old certificates when using new CIS rules.  Printed Certificates and Applications now show UTR, CRN and NINO in place of old CIS cert details.
Company details  Allow setting of default Contractor Tax Rate for Sales Certificates.
Payslips & Advance  If not all companies are upgraded to 6.31, and some include subcontractors, you may see a message about record sizes.  This is now corrected.
Payslip & Timesheet Entry  Fix problem with SMP etc calcs if Period end date for last period of the year is in the next tax year.  (ie Pay Date = 05Apr07, Period End Date = 06Apr07) .
P11  Fix error not selecting correct records for 2007-08 P11 reports.
P14  Make sure P14 doesn’t get created if no pay.
Sales Invoices  Fix error on printed VAT analysis.
